Can I track stock across multiple warehouses and branches?
Yes. Each warehouse, store or van is a separate location with its own stock. You can see everything together or filter by location, and move stock with transfer notes.
Does it support barcode and QR code scanning?
Yes. You can print barcode labels from the system and scan with any USB or Bluetooth scanner, or with the camera on a phone or tablet.
How do you move our existing stock data from Excel?
Our team imports your item list, opening quantities and values from Excel or your old software, and we check the totals with you before go-live.
Can it handle batch numbers and expiry dates?
Yes. Batches are recorded at receipt, and the system follows FEFO picking and warns you before items expire.
Will inventory update our accounts automatically?
